Paul Baquirin's articles and anecdotes about his life and experiences in the City of Baguio were posted earlier to the Baguio Web International (BWI) Mailing List in a series he titled, "REMEMBERING BAGUIO." On his early days in Baguio, Paul said: "Those indeed were fun filled days. I would always treasure the memories of those days growing up." Former residents of the city will surely relate to what Paul has vividly described in his postings.   • Paul has been a member of the Baguio Web International for some time now and currently is the List Administrator. He grew up in the City of Baguio and had been a product of its educational institutions starting with the St. Louis school system and graduating from the Baguio Colleges Foundation. He worked with the City of Baguio as a staff member of its City Planning and Development Staff where as an Industry Development Specialist, he assisted in the establishment of small-scale businesses. Together with other members of this office, the first Land Use and Development Plan of the City was completed and formally endorsed to the City Council for adoption. He also was involved in the rural electric cooperative movement having worked with the Benguet Electric Cooperative, Inc.
